    Handcrafted with care
    Our rugs are made by real artisans, not machines. This means small variations in color, texture, or pattern are completely normal and part of what makes each rug unique.

  • MAINTENANCE
    Vacuum regularly with the beater bar turned off. SHEDDING IS NORMAL AND WILL LESSEN OVER TIME. Rotate every few months to ensure even wear.

    STAINS
    Blot spills immediately with a clean cloth and mild soap. Professional cleaning recommended.

  • Delivery timeline
    Please allow 8–12 weeks for your rug to be made and delivered. We’ll send tracking info as soon as it ships.

    CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
    We offer a 24-hour window after your purchase to cancel or make changes. After that, your rug is already in production and we’re unable to modify the order.
