  • MAINTENANCE
    Vacuum regularly with the beater bar turned off. SHEDDING IS NORMAL AND WILL LESSEN OVER TIME. Rotate every few months to ensure even wear.

    STAINS
    Blot spills immediately with a clean cloth and mild soap. Professional cleaning recommended.

  • Delivery timeline
    Please allow 8–12 weeks for your rug to be made and delivered. We’ll send tracking info as soon as it ships.

    CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
    We offer a 24-hour window after your purchase to cancel or make changes. After that, your rug is already in production and we’re unable to modify the order.
